Made in the Yeo Valley

A non-vintage sparkling wine made with a blend of 2020 Pinot Noir harvest and 2021 Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc. Aged on its lees in the traditional method like Champagne for 12 months which brings a vibrant freshness to the wine. The wine has then had a minimum of 6 months aging under cork. Bright green apples on the nose leading you through to delicate fine bubbles with gentle toast on the finish.
