Next Day Deliveries are Monday to Friday only; orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.If you would like to specify a certain date for delivery state this in the note section provided.We will then add this to our order list to be sent out 48hrs before this date to guarantee delivery.

We can post internationally and will charge according to the location. Please do email hello@boxlocal.co.uk with your details and we can confirm costs.

We never like to hear that our packages arrive damaged or different from how they left our warehouse. In the very rare instance that this does happen, please contact us at hello@boxlocal.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

The best way to do this is as separate orders. If you register with boxlocal your details will be saved, making future orders super quick.If you make one order with multiple packages, these will be sent out to one delivery address. If you want each package sent to a different address, you will need to make each order separately.

Absolutely. When you checkout you can pick the date you would like your hamper to arrive with the recipient.
