At Step and Stone, they work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually find employment in the mainstream catering world

While their aim is social, their breads are nothing short of delicious with a focus on organic and, when possible, locally sourced ingredients

Ingredients: rapeseed oil, dried rosemary (2%), sea salt (2%), baking powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate; rice flour)

This lavosh is made in a kitchen that handles sesame seeds, nuts and eggs
