Single Variety Co. use fresh organic Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade which are large, very fragrant and both a little sweet and a little sour. All lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and cooked slowly until a firm set to please all traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and it is really quite fantastic
