Made in Yatton, North Somerset
A rich and malty sticky ginger cake made with crystallised ginger and mixed spice. The loaf cake is 180mm x 80mm x 100 mm high. You should get approximately 7 slices per cake (obviously depending on how thick you cut them!)
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Rapeseed Oil, Black Treacle (11%) (Cane Molasses, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup), EGG, Crystallised Ginger (4%) (Sugar), Potato Starch, Humectant: Glycerine; Ginger, Mixed Spice (Cassia Cinnamon, Coriander, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cloves),wheat Gluten, Whey Powder (milk), Preservatives: Sodium Acetate, Acetic Acid, Potassium Sorbate; Raising Agents: E450i, E500ii; Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Natural Lemon Flavouring
