Pullin's Bakery Bells of St Clements Loaf Cake 360g

Made in Yatton, North Somerset

A zesty lemon sponge brushed with a sweet lemon icing, topped with candied orange slices. The loaf cake is 180mm x 80mm x 100 mm high. You should get approximately 7 slices per cake (obviously depending on how thick you cut them!)

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Candied Orange Slice (9%) (Orange, GlucoseFructose Syrup, Antioxidant: Citric Acid; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate),EGG, Humectant: Glycerine; Lemon Juice (3%) (SULPHITES), Potato Starch, Lemon and Orange Zest (2%),wheat Gluten, Whey Powder (milk), Preservatives: Sodium Acetate, Acetic Acid; Orange Oil, Raising Agents: E450i, E500ii, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate; Natural Lemon Flavouring.
