Property Gifting - Boxlocal x Fine & Country

Property Gifting - Boxlocal x Fine & Country

Boxlocal and Property Gifting goes together like wine and cheese - or in our case a Three Choirs Red and a Fine Cheese Co. Cheddar!

As we exclusively use local products made by small scale artisans, new homeowners are getting a chance to sample the best of their area - some of the suppliers being right on their doorstep. You could not get a more perfectly suited gift and that's why we have been successfully supporting a wide range of Property Developers and Estate Agents in the South West region since setting up in 2018.

Boxlocal x Fine & Country

One of our valued clients is Fine & Country. We work on a number of their branches in the South West and have worked closely over the years with Luke Parle.

Luke’s career started in 2005 and he’s since been successfully selling in North Somerset, Bristol and London. A qualified member of the National Association of Estates Agents and with a mantelpiece of awards, Luke offers not only a great service but one with credibility and experience.

He started using Boxlocal two years ago to provide welcome gifts to his customers who purchased a property through him. We had a chat with him to find out what he thinks of his experience so far.

How did you come across Boxlocal and what made you choose us for your Corporate gifting?

My wife discovered Boxlocal via social media and we ordered a box for my mother on her birthday, she loved it so much it became an obvious decision to start ordering boxes for my customers.

What has the process been like for ordering?

Simple and hassle free. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the team, even last minute orders. It’s also great how much choice is available if you want to personalise something for someone.

How have the gifts been received?

Our buyers love them and are always surprised firstly by the gift and secondly by how great the gifts are. Most of our buyers haven’t heard of Boxlocal, but they all comment on what a great idea it is and all mention how nice all the treats are.

What impact has it had on your business?

A real positive impact. I sell bespoke and luxury homes locally and provide a personal selling and buying service, so the gift of a bespoke box of locally sourced treats fits within our brand and I love the idea of supporting other local companies.

What do you most love about Boxlocal?

The whole concept is great. I love the fact we can dual brand the boxes with our own logo, however the thing I love the most has to be the idea of gathering all locally sourced products and presenting them in one box. Without a doubt I would recommend Boxlocal to other businesses out there thinking of gifting. I only have great things to say about Boxlocal, keep up the great work Kate and Bethan.

If you work in property and are inspired by Luke's experience, please do get in touch with us at hello@boxlocal.co.uk - we would be delighted to work with you!
